Collection: Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Our 100% certified extra virgin olive oils are sourced primarily from California, but also from South America and Europe depending upon seasonality and the success of each region's crop every year.  Flavored oils are all cold pressed and "fused" meaning the flavors (herbs, fruits, etc.) are crushed along with the olives before bottling for better taste, aroma and 100% pure oil.  For more detailed ideas on using each flavor, click thru on any of them.
