Best Uses - Mildly spicy, our Jalapeño Extra Virgin olive oil is superb drizzled over steamed or sautéed asparagus, for Chinese stir fry, and to add zest to tacos and guacamole. Spice up fish and shrimp! Substitute for butter to fry eggs for great Huevos Rancheros or drizzle on popcorn with sea salt for a spicy snack.

I keep a handful of Strippaggio EVOOs on hand because each one is perfect for different recipes. This is one of the basics because it's so versatile. I love it in salads and I love it when I'm roasting veggies for salsas. This is WILD to roast veggies with when doing roasted tomatillo salsa.
I always add this to my taco meat to get the extra zing I crave - makes my tacos so much better. Highly recommend.
If you like spicy foods this is olive oil for you. The Jalapeño is a burst of flavor. My favorite!
