Description - Beautiful Sauterne colored balsamic made from cooked white grape must, white wine vinegar and lemongrass flavors combines the sweetness of a balsamic with the tart flavors of lemongrass. It is an ideal ingredient for Asian foods, fish or poultry, or for an unusual twist to salad dressings and vegetables.
Available in 250ml & 375ml bottles. 250ml bottles have a built-in pouring spout.

Discovered this product a few years ago and love it. I had gotten very tried of my old vingar and oil salad dressing. After a freind introdcued me to Strippaggio, it made all the difference in the world. So fun to use in all sorts of recipes and really makes a simple salad exciting and interesting to eat again!!
A few years ago the company was bought by new owners. Initally I was concerned, but I now believe they have taken it to a new and better level. Highly recommmend buying this, espically if you are a good cook. I hate cooking, don't do it well, don't enjoy it and love this product. If you are a real cook you'll love it more than me.
