I use this product to make salad dressings and on vegetables and I never fail to get compliments. We love the flavor it adds to anything we use it on! I have ordered this product over a number of years now and will not let myself run out of it.
I have tried a lot of different balsamic vinegars over the years. Most recently I was disappointed with the products from the Salt Table- love their other products, but the balsamic vinegars were thin and much too acidic. The Fig barrel aged Balsamic vinegar from Strippaggio is my absolute favorite
