This dark balsamic vinegar will have you thinking of strawberry muffins or pancakes. It has a subtle sweetness yet the typical tart acidity of balsamic vinegar.
Best uses – Include marinades for pork or beef or as a finishing vinegar over ice cream, pound cake, peaches or fruit salads. May also be used in bourbon or rye cocktails where a subtle acidity similar to a Shrub is desired.
Suggested pairings - Blood Orange or Lemon EVOO

The blueberry is awesome, and fantastic on steak just as you suggested! I've bought several bottles now and sent one to my bestie in Oregon.

We just bought a variety of the balsamic vinegars and blueberry is the 1st one we tried. It was delicious! Haven't tried it on fruit yet but it was superb on lettuce, nuts, berries and red onion. A must have!!!
I took their advice and put in on grilled peaches. Excellent and highly recommended.
This is EXCEPTIONAL in a summer salad with apples, pears, walnuts, arugula, spinach, and fontina!
