What a wonderful discovery! Thick and delicious! Interchangeable with the traditional dark balsamic when your dish calls for great balsamic vinegar but not the dark color. This balsamic is a bit more subtle than the dark.
Best uses – Can be used in a multitude of applications and lends a creative element to dressings and vegetables. Wonderful in stir fry dishes and pasta dishes as well.
Suggested Pairings - Basil, Garlic and Arbequina

My family really likes this vinegar. One of our favorite salads consists of a bed of arugula tossed with olive oil, topped with fresh pears, chunks of blue cheese, (Stilton if you can get it) and drizzled liberally with white balsamic. Try it... you will like it too.
Stappaggio vinegars and oils have really stepped up my game. I discovered them over the summer when I made my first purchase at a local farmers market. I was committed to moving away from store bought dressings for my salads but trying to do that with the selection at my local grocery store fell flat. Boring. Try them all!!! But my current favs are the traditional original olive oil, Garlic, & Basil olive oils, lemongrass vinegar, traditional white vinegar. So many to choose!!!
Both the fig and white balsamic vinegars have world-class flavor!
A friend gave me a bottle and I’m hooked.
