Best uses – Perfect for finishing stews, risottos, scallops, grilled meats and fish. It is, of course, also extraordinary over fresh cut berries, melon, aged cheeses and vanilla ice cream.

I'm pretty sure this is my favorite balsamic vinegar. I've tried a lot of the Strippaggio line and this one is something I have cravings for even when I'm not eating. It's great in salads, but the other commenter is correct - this is incredible on ice cream (and is just as good on plain ol' vanilla).
Please try this together with strawberry ice cream - makes a fantastic dessert with a great strawberry tang!
