Let us do all the work.  Every month we'll deliver a different flavor depending upon which option you choose - You'll be charged only when the bottles are shipped.  The plan ends after 12 months, but you can cancel anytime after 3 deliveries.  The charge is $19.95/month for 1 bottle and $39.95 for 2 bottles.  Choose shipments every 30, 60 or 90 days.
