Champagne Vinegar is complex, rich and tart. Its depth of flavor comes from the barrel aged balsamic vinegar that is blended with sparkling white French champagne vinegar. We love it.
Best uses – in vinaigrettes, roasted meats and vegetables, red meat and venison. Also great for dressings with honey, mustard and spices.
Suggested pairings - any of our single varietal (non-flavored) oils. But make sure and try it with Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

I tried this balsamic vinaigrette with the lemon olive oil at the Alpharetta farmers market and it was absolutely amazing. I only bought the lemon and olive oil that day and I went home and couldn’t stop thinking about this champagne balsamic vinaigrette so I went online and bought it. Lemon olive oil and champagne balsamic vinaigrette are such a dynamic duo. I highly recommend. This would make a great hostess gift also.

I was using the white balsamic but when I tried the champagne flavor, I was really amazed. It is just different enough to be a whole new taste experience. I now stock both in my pantry - they are must haves!
