What is Balsamic Vinegar?
Our balsamic vinegars come from Modena, Italy, the epicenter of great balsamic vinegars. And there are no added sweeteners or refined sugars. Just pure grape juice and grape must (the crushed pulp of the grapes). And then we add pure natural flavors like chocolate, blueberry and champagne. The vinegars are aged in wooden casks for varying numbers of years until they reach their full flavor profile.
