Description - What a wonderful discovery! Thick and delicious! Interchangeable with the traditional dark balsamic when your dish calls for great balsamic vinegar but not the dark color. This balsamic is a bit more subtle than the dark.

We tasted this balsamic many years ago at a friend's home; she later mailed me a bottle for my birthday. Since then we have purchased it for ourselves and our son-in-law regularly. We use it whenever a sweet yet tangy vinegar element is needed in a recipe. It is a must for a caprese salad!
I love the white balsamic. I could almost literally just sip it out of the bottle. It is perfect in any dish that needs brightening with a bit of sweet. Delicious. My sister now also asks for a bottle each year at Xmas time!
I make sure I have double what I think I will need because it is the basis of any salad dressing I make. So much better than any other product I have ever used.
