Description – Grown in the Belice Valley in Sicily, this oil is green with golden reflections. It is smooth and grassy, with flavors of tomato, green apple, basil and a sweet almond finish.   On the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is well-balanced with an intense spiciness and soft bitterness.
